Rules of Entry
All entries must be submitted by the Awards deadline, which is 5pm UK time on Friday, 17 August, 2012. Campaigns/projects may be entered into multiple categories.
Entries should be submitted by email to the following address: awards@mobilemarketingmagazine.com
All entries will be acknowledged via email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your entry, it means that it has not been received. The judges can accept no responsibility for entries submitted but not received.
The judges reserve the right to move an entry from one category to another if they believe it has been submitted to the wrong category and there is another, more appropriate category for it.
The judges reserve the right to withdraw a category if insufficient entries are received.
The judges reserve the right to judge that no entry in any given category has done enough to win the category award.
Entries must be submitted using the official entry form.
Campaigns that were submitted for the 2010 or 2011 Effective Mobile Marketing Awards may not be re-entered. Ongoing solutions such as entries for the Most Effective Mobile Advertising Platform/Network that were entered in previous years may be re-entered.
You may include supporting materials, in addition to your entry form, as follows:
Images – maximum of 5
PDF – maximum 6 pages
PowerPoint presentation – maximum 6 slides
Link to one video, maximum 3 minutes duration
Withdrawals – Entries can be withdrawn at any time up to the closing date for entries, 5pm (UK time) Friday, 17 August, 2012.
Physical supporting material can be sent if required, but is non-returnable, and Mobile Marketing magazine accepts no responsibility for these items.
If you include links to any sites in support of your entry, please make sure these links work, and please supply any username/password combinations needed to access them.
The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony in London on 29 November, 2012. For more information, and to book tickets, see the Ceremony page.
Commercial sensitivity. Any information contained in your Awards entry which is not for publication should be clearly marked ‘Not for publication’.
